Welcome to Cherry Pop! By downloading or playing Cherry Pop (the "Game") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Using the Game
- You may use the Game for personal, non‑commercial entertainment.
- You must not cheat, tamper with saved progress, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts, or modified clients.
- You must not harass other players or post offensive names on the leaderboard. We may remove entries or accounts that break these rules.
2. Accounts & Progress
You can play as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google to back up progress. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure. We may reset or remove cloud saves that were obtained through tampering or abuse.
3. Virtual Items & Purchases
- Coins, lives, boosters, skins, stickers and similar items are virtual items with no real‑world value. They cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed, not sold, to you.
- Some virtual items (for example, extra lives or coin packs) can be bought with real money through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown before you buy.
- Purchases are processed and refunded by the app stores under their policies; we cannot issue refunds directly. Consumable items are generally non‑refundable once delivered.
- Lives refill on a timer; extra lives you buy are used after your free lives run out.
- Sticker trades between friends are final once accepted.
- We may change item prices, balances, drop rates and game rules at any time to keep the Game fair and fun.
4. Leaderboards & Events
Leaderboards, weekly rankings, races, weekend events and daily challenges are provided for fun. We may reset, adjust or remove scores we believe are inaccurate or gained unfairly.
5. Ownership
The Game, including its artwork, sounds, music, code and name, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute any part of it.
6. Availability & Changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time, with or without notice. Online features (cloud save, leaderboards, friends) depend on network access and may occasionally be unavailable.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of virtual items or progress.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it; you can ask us to delete your account data via the contact below.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued play after an update means you accept the new Terms. The date above shows the latest version.
